THE CONDO:
This condo is on the 1st floor of tower 2, La Jolla del Mar. You don't have to take the elevator to the condo. The condo is on the lobby level, which is great for those who don't want to go into an elevator.

This is an end unit condo on the complete south end of the development. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a long patio that extends the full ocean side of the condo from the master bedroom to the living area.

The condo has warm Mexican tile accents including Saltillo tile throughout and the very nicely finished master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.

The living area is set up to enjoy the views and to have direct access to the ocean view patio. The dining area is also next to the large patio.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, seating at the island bar, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space.

There is a side by side washer and dryer in the hall closet. Parking for one car is within the community. High-speed internet is on now and ready for use.

There is a one-time check-in fee charged by the community, $25 dollars, plus $2 per person.
I love pets too, but no pets allowed.
Use of the clubhouse is not included.

On site parking for one car is included.


COMMUNITY:

There are multiple pools and hot tubs all facing the ocean. Living here for you would be a true resort experience.

There are community stairs that go down to the sandy beach. The beach has some waves if you want to play in the surf. There is also on-site tennis.

The gym is well-equipped and has nice views but you must have a 1-year contract in place to use it.

Security guards are on duty 24 hours a day. The entrance gate into the community is gated and guarded.

NEARBY:
There are a lot of restaurants in the immediate area. You will have no problem finding great food including very good fish tacos, seafood, steakhouse, Mongolian, traditional Mexican food, Bajamed, ice cream, and more.

Rosarito town is only about 2 miles north. You can easily enjoy all Rosarito has to offer without having to be there full time.

La Jolla del Mar is only about 40 minutes south of the border.
